How to include reading in your daily?

Before including anything in our routine, we need to learn how that thing works. In what way it will benefit us. After reading this post, you will involve reading in your regime. I will share some benefits. After that, I will share my experience with you that, how I started reading.

When I was in 9th standard, a lot of students in my class read books. In every free lecture, they found a corner and read quietly. It looks so calming watching them. But I do not want to read. After that, such a time come when the book name Forty Rules of Love by Elif Shafak was reed by almost every student. They always talk about how good it was. That did not bother me at all. But after that, my brother bought that book. Now the book is in our house. So, I thought, let's give it a shot. I started reading the book. It took a lot of time, probably months, but I did not give up. It was good. Later, I read Urdu novels recommended by a friend. Later on, it's become my habit.

The prior year, my obsession with BTS started in one of their reality game show episodes. They talk about their favorite comic books. At that time, I was in college. My college friends were already into comic books, webtoons, and anime. I felt like once should give it a try. So, I download an app on my phone called WEBTOON. I started reading them. Now it is in my routine. Every day read two- or three episodes of webtoon and five to six pages of the book. At the start, I was the person who used to hate reading and writing. Now I do content writing and reading because these two hobbies give me mental peace.

Reading not only gives me mental peace. It has a lot of benefits as well.

It increases your vocabulary

Reduce stress

It improves brain connectivity

And a lot more. One of the reasons why reads books are it helps stay focused. Before starting reading, whenever I open my books. I started daydreaming. Now I stay focused.

Now come to the answer of that how can you include reading in your daily routine. The answer to this question is: before incorporating anything into your daily routine. Firstly, do some research. For the research purpose, I already share my experience and benefits.

The only rule I follow before adopting a new hobby, I adapt to the atmosphere of that particular hobby. For example, when I started reading webtoons. Originally I planned to establish the habit of reading 90s comic books. But I could not find the hard copy anywhere. Online was the only option left. So, I think that if online was my only option. Then I should go for webtoons because I was already interested in Korean dramas and Kpop. Secondly, I don't know where I will find 90s comic books online.

I dragged myself to blend myself in webtoons atmosphere. Gradually, I started liking them. So, in short, I want to say, we need to try anything before adapting.

At last, I want to say reading is a good habit. It helps me a lot. If you like watching movies and dramas or seasons, then go for reading as well. Trust me it, will feel like a movie is going in your head. Now there is a lot of genres out there. Comedy, thriller, romcom,action,mystery legal,etc. Just go for your favorite one. Trust me it, will make a huge difference.
