Figure Out your Plan
When you were in the process of finding a career, you usually make mistakes under some circumstances. A lot of the time, you make wrong decisions because of pressure. There a lot more factors that happen. We are here to discuss the solution to the problem. I hope these solutions will help you.
Some elements that I think are important for figuring out your plan.
Think about your Passion.
Passion is something that we love doing it. It is an uncontrollable emotion. If you have a passion and you think that you are capable of doing it. Then go for it. Difficulties will come. But you have to overcome them for the sake of your passion.
Judge your potential. (Test your abilities)
It means to test yourself. Take courses of your interest fields. Then think about which profession is best working for you. Ask yourself questions. Which one is giving you mental peace? Which one is helping you to enhance your creative ability? If the particular field is giving you answers to these questions, then that is the one.
Make a list of options.
This factor came when you don't have any passion. You are still figuring out what you want to do. Try to observe your surroundings and find different options. Then list them. After done with the list, test these options. Then notice which one of them is you attracted the most.
Consult a mentor
If you are happy with your career choice, you probably need some guidance. Consult a mentor. Now here Iam not referring you consult some career consultant and spend a lot of money. A mentor is someone who is an expert in that field. You can consult your parents, siblings, cousins, friends, teachers, etc. Before consulting, make sure they are experts in that field. So that can they can guide you properly.
Do not compare yourself.
Do not compare yourself with others. Listen, we all are different. We have a different perspective on life, different ambitions. Everyone has a different IQ and different mentality, even though our facial expressions are different. When we have everything different then how can we compare ourselves with others? We should accept the fact that we all are different. We cannot compare ourselves. The thing we can do, we can improve ourselves by hard work.
Work hard.
Hard work is the key to success. Hard work always pays off. But you have to do it with all your heart. Do not lose hope. In the end, the fruit is yours. All famous personalities work hard to reach their goal. Some examples are as follow:
BTS
BTS started from nothing. After working for more than seven years, they become kings of the global music industry. The reason behind their success is that they do not lose hope. They were ambitious and passionate.
Elon Musk
Same as BTS. Elon started from nothing but, now he is a billionaire. He is the owner of SpaceX and Tesla. At the beginning of his career, he took a lot of risks. He was drop out of college. But he does not lose hope. If he can do this, then you can as well.
Sema Aziz
Sema Aziz is one of the most successful female entrepreneurs in Pakistan. She started a clothing line and produced the finest cloth in the world.
There are a lot more examples out there. All of those people work hard and take risks. Once they started, they never looked back. They were ambitious and passionate. If you do not have any passion, it is not a problem.
At last, I want to say do not lose hope. Everything will be all right. Trust yourself. Work and Hard and follow your path.
